Ingredients used:
- chicken (can be any part of the chicken, without the skin)
- cooking oil
- curry powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4-5 potatoes, cubed, skin on
- garlic powder
- chicken broth
- turmeric

For most of this recipe you don't give measurements. I'd love to try to make this but with my experience with curry, guessing lbs of meat and measures of spices could turn into an extreme waste of money and hungry people. It all looks awesome though!
